Class Description: Strength training isn’t just for the weight room. Total Strength is the ultimate full body workout designed to strengthen every muscle group, using a variety of equipment to keep you guessing at every class! Challenge yourself under the guidance of an instructor to lift heavier weights and feel stronger each class!

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

Each group fitness class requires pre-registration. This can be completed up to 4 hours in advance by selecting 'Register' under the desired date/time below.

Pre-registered participants MUST arrive on-time or risk losing their spot to participants on the STANDBY list.
