FIT - Ladies Lift 2.0 - $15.00

The Ladies Lift 2.0 program is a continuation of our 6-session Ladies Lift 1.0 program. This 3-week program builds upon the strength training exercises and modalities that were taught in Ladies Lift 1.0. Please note: all participants must have attended and successfully completed Ladies Lift 1.0 in order to be eligible for our 2.0 program.
