Program Details

Class Description: Focus on your core strength and stability with this 30-minute express class. This class will challenge the way you think about core training and take you beyond your everyday setups. Exercises are designed to engage all the muscles of the core to improve posture, balance, and overall body function.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

Each group fitness class requires pre-registration. This can be completed up to 4 hours in advance by selecting 'Register' under the desired date/time below.

Pre-registered participants MUST arrive on-time or risk losing their spot to participants on the STANDBY list.
