Class Description: Build stamina and improve coordination during this high-energy workout involving a series of choreographed punches and kicks! This class combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio moves for a total body workout.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

Each group fitness class requires pre-registration. This can be completed up to 4 hours in advance by selecting 'Register' under the desired date/time below.

Pre-registered participants MUST arrive on-time or risk losing their spot to participants on the STANDBY list.
